We’ve been having great rehearsals for Easter. What a great time it will be on April 8.
1 big stage, 2000 chairs, a loud sound system, a great, gospel message, an audience of One – all celebrating the greatest event in history: the Resurrection.

So every week or so our three year old daughter gets a memory verse at school.
Personally, in my own walk with the Lord, I’ve been craving closeness, intimacy. I remembered that verse, “Draw near to God, and He will draw near to You.” That’s a great verse. James 4:8, BTW.

We just had Joel Weldon as a guest worship leader at our church, Calvary Chapel Kendall. I was able to hang out with him throughout the weekend and had a great time getting to know him. He hails from the beautiful state of Washington, my home state.

Janet and I just finished reading The Copper Scroll by Joel Rosenberg. We’ve read all of his books, except Epicenter. I’m sure we’ll hit that one sometime before the Rapture. We’ve become fans of Joel’s. He knows his stuff. If you like end-times, CIA, biblical archaelogoy type of stuff, these are good reads.
